Giuliana’s Story & Education

Giuliana brings a disciplined, detail-oriented approach to legal practice and a clear commitment to professionalism, discretion, and client understanding. She earned her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Manchester Metropolitan University in the United Kingdom and is licensed to practice law in Ontario.
Before law, Giuliana built an academic and professional background in public relations and communications, which directly shapes the way she works with clients today. Complex legal issues land more clearly when explained by someone who has spent years thinking about how messages are received.

She has also completed the University of Cambridge Executive Education programme in Sustainability in International Business (Finance). Her ESG-focused training informs her work on governance, risk management, and responsible business practices, particularly where legal, commercial, and regulatory considerations intersect.

Giuliana’s professional experience spans private practice and in-house legal roles. She has supported clients with legal consultations, document preparation, and strategic analysis across family law, corporate and commercial matters, and contract drafting.
